iWebcamMotionCapture ("App") is designed to perform real-time motion and face tracking entirely on the user’s device. The App does not collect, store, sell, or monetize personal information. All processing is performed locally on the user’s device.
The App does not collect personal identifiers such as name, email address, account information, device identifiers, location data, usage analytics, or diagnostics information.
The App uses the device’s camera and on-device computer vision frameworks (including Apple ARKit and MediaPipe) to provide real-time motion and face tracking functionality.
Depending on the device, the App may process the following face-related tracking data:
- Head rotation and orientation
- Eye rotation data
- Facial expression or blendshape coefficients
- Face landmark coordinates
This face tracking data is used solely to generate real-time tracking parameters for character animation or motion capture purposes.
Camera images are processed in memory only and are not recorded, stored, or retained. The App does not perform Face ID authentication, biometric identification, or user identity recognition.
When supported by the device, the App uses Apple’s TrueDepth camera and ARKit face tracking APIs to process face pose, eye pose, and facial expression data solely for real-time animation purposes.
The App may transmit real-time tracking parameters (including face, hand, and body tracking data) to software running on another device (such as a Windows or macOS computer) only when the user explicitly enters and configures a destination IP address and port.
This communication occurs using OSC messages over UDP and is typically limited to the user’s local network.
The transmitted data consists solely of numeric motion or tracking parameters. No camera images, audio data, personal information, or identifiers are transmitted. No data is sent to the developer, third-party servers, or cloud services.
The App does not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, tracking technologies, or cloud-based processing services.
The App does not share face data or any other personal data with third parties. Any network communication occurs only between devices specified and controlled by the user.
The App does not store or retain face data, camera images, or tracking information. All face and motion data is processed in real time, exists only temporarily in memory, and is discarded immediately after use.
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted at this location. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
